How they would always call me up, they would always prioritise the timing, at times I thought they must never sleep. Then it occurred to me this is what I was paying them for. They are a critical part of your real estate investing team. The sale I have just done was a great deal, but it was soured a little by being charged default interest , because of an extension on settlement.So my point here is set up a good relationship with your solicitor or conveyancer. You will need them for other things down the track as well. Quite often little things, they dont even charge you for. If you are ablse of an extension on settlement.So my point here is set up a good rele to call them up on a little matter that is bothering you and they can clear it up for you with that phone call that is great value to you. Take the time to get to know them and it will pay off for you.
